This app is great for text message marketing, if you want to take your sales to the next level this app is a must with all the automation's and abandon cart check out you can set up! It's easy to use and set up and the customer service is awesome I was able to get my account validated within 10 minutes

The function is really good and indeed improves the sales. The slight problem is if you have several Shopify stores under one admin account, it may be a little disordered when you try to download the APP and log in to it sometimes. Customer support was awesome, answered all my questions and resolved my issue on the spot. Very patient and kind during process!

App came highly recommended from other members of a group I am involved in who support online clothing and merchandise stores. Fairly easy to use. Once you figure it out, it's a "set it and forget it" approach which is really useful.

Bad app! since yotpo has acquired smsbump they have become so hard to use. we operate 50+ stores and they expect us to create an account on yot-po for every store or we can not use smsbump. Whenever we install the app in the new store and click the app, it asks us to recover the password which was never lost. They think that we will make a new store from a new email. All other apps we use, when we click on the app, they log us in automatically, or they have the feature where you can add multiple stores under one account but this, yotpo has ruined smsbump. i have complained to them multiple times but since they don't care, I will leave my review and find better options. Their customer support chat sucks, you refresh the page and all chat history is gone, you have to start over again.

I havent tested any other SMS app for Shopify - since I landed on SMSbump after several recommendations + that it fits my tech stack perfectly. Short story is that this is just a really good app - with a lot of powerful integrations - and super fast and helpful customer service ⭐️ x 5
