why in hell I can't go in the app?????????????????????????????????????? what do you mean you don't support "We don't support your chosen platform yet" so if you don't support it why you're app is in Shopify

Entirely too expensive for what’s sent- very poor customer service that never responds to messages and stole my money when I uninstalled, claiming even though I paid $20 in my balance, they wouldn’t refund what was left when I closed my store. Which is written nowhere in any policy and they couldn’t show screenshots of proof either. Go to loyalshops instead- it’s free and customer service FAST and excellent.

First of all this app is great! I have been using another SMS provider for the best part of about 5 months and have seen £0 ROI and only managed to obtain 26 subscribers throughout that time, due to the lack of tools that collect subscribers. Now I won't name the other developer, but they are equally as big as SMSbump. However, do not even compare in terms of results. Within the first 2 days of using SMSbump I have 30 subscribers and have already seen an order valued at $100 from the abandoned checkout flow. I should also add that the app has sent 3 of those notifications and 1 has converted. Overall I am very happy with this app, the costs are minimal for the results you get and the customer support is phenomenal ... I just wish I chose SMSBump right out of the gate, the amount of money left on the table throughout those 5 months is unbearable to think about! Thanks guys, here's to more sales

It's not working! It's way too complicated. Support staff gets back to me when they can. The YouTube video instructions did not match the homepage set up for me so I had questions just trying to navigate. Plus, I realized that some of the things I was trying to do were only available if I up-graded. I am on the Free Plan so this is probably not going to work for me.
