Estoy empezando a utilizarla, al principio me pareció muy extraña, ya que está todo en inglés y moví unas cosas que no debió, unos días después me comuniqué con el servicio al cliente y me atendieron muy bien, me explicaron detalle a detalle todo el proceso.

I just started using this app, and let me tell you their customer service is THE BEST. I'm able to quickly and efficiently fix any issues and their response rate is so quick even when I'm working on my store late at night.

I used the app to set my customer sms. I was worried I have to come up with policies but SMS made it easy by providing the policies. The associate online was there with me checking every step to ensure I did it right. I love the app. its so way easy to use and helpful
