I strongly recommend it. In particular, their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The response is quick, friendly, kindly, understands the problem well and suggests the appropriate way to do it. Especially, 'Gen' is the best.

I just downloaded this app and so far so smooth! I had a few questions about this app and customer service was so quick to answer everything perfectly. I've heard many great things about SMS marketing so I'm very excited to try it out, but I can tell I'm going to be taking advantage of this a lot.

When I found out about this app, I got really excited because I wanted an app that is able to send out text marketing directly to my existing customers. Had some trouble after adding this app and funded it. Current contacts could not be added but because I managed to get the consent of every customers before this app was added, I managed to contact SMSBump support to get this sorted out. I am impressed with their support service being able to provide help as fast as possible. Within a day, everything was solved. Now, the store is using this service as much as possible. Thank you so much SMSBump for the fast response and support. Loving it!

I'm using the app to retarget potential customers. My agent was great. He new exactly how to help me. He had all the answers. He spoke well and had great Gifs. Would want to work with him every time. This is the best thing to happen to Shopify in years. Post-checkout upsells really drive AOV's higher. Carthook continues to improve with each update, the most recent update supports PayPal too which was a huge percentage of our orders.
