Great SMS service! It has a bunch of functionality. I am moving from another text platform and the amount of functionality offers is far ahead of the service I am coming from. Switching sucks because you get a new number but it well worth it to me in terms of cost and functanlity.

This is one of the best re-engagement apps on Shopify. We were doing only email before and were happy with it, but text messages have a 100% open rate so this is a great addition.

It is my first time using this app, I configured it to target abandoned carts through SMS, and for up selling. My online Rep Angelica was very knowledgeable and patient, responded all my questions and even checked my account configuration so it can get verified.

Charged me 30$ for nothing without even letting me know how much they would charge before. Very bad support. No help at all. Very disappointed.
