I am very happy with the service I got. Angelica really helped me step by step to change/finish my policies. And that in just a few minutes. Edit: Today I had an misunderstanding and question about the smsbump, but again I was helped by Harry and he really explained everything crystal clear. I couldn't ask for a better service provided!
