I don't understand how y'all gave this app good reviews. It is completely inaccessible and customer service sucks. They left me high and dry, stole my money and didn't give an explanation as to how it got there. I'm still waiting.

This app is the best SMS app with difference. The best part is its INCREDIBLE customer service! I recently talked with a guy called Harry from Greece, and he solved all of my problems with an incredible response, writing long and powerful paragraphs. Their service is exceptional and EVERYONE should use it!!!

I like the helpful assistants in the chat box. I also like that you are able to adjust the behaviors of pop up text marketing. I also like the automations and integrations.

When it comes to apps, there are many, many options. Many with the same features. I have found that what truly sets one apart from the others is their customer service. SMSBump has always exceeded expectations anytime I have had any type of problem or issue. They are fast, responsive, and efficient. Their willingness to help and positive attitude to find a solution that works really sets them apart from other apps I have used. I highly recommend SMSBump. Requested refund for the $20 paid for the first month, they told us that they would provide a "credit" to shopify and then we would have to manually request a payment back from shopify. This is the real reason for the 1 star review. Just give the money back... so hard to even get started... Seems they want screenshots etc to get started or something so we may just stick to Winback SMS where our list is doing great.

I used this app to help me market my business. I like how it allows me to send messages and easily customize them. It made the legal pages super easy to configure. Im going to have to do alot more reading to figure out how it can help me but other than that im completely happy.
