Signed up for the powerhouse plan for the onboarding and other features. No one ever onboarded us, and when I created a support ticket, they said they couldn't help me. I downgraded to the free plan. The product seems useful, but it seems like they don't have the staffing for powerhouse customers at the moment.

SMS Bump is fairly easy to use. There is also available help 24/7 through a chat now option and the support team is very helpful in getting your problem solved for you!

SMS Text messages were failing on my store. I contacted support and talked to Keano. He was very nice and knowledgeable and helped me thru the process in getting all the T&C into my shopify store then was able to start the process of getting my toll free number verified so that I can stop losing money!
