Aj was wonderful! Took care of what I needed super fast and made me feel like I was in great hands. 10/10 recommend this app for support alone!! (functions work great as well, but support is on FIRE!!)

So far i am loving the app and finally getting used to my store on shopify. Hoping this will be a successful year! BIG SHOUT OUT TO REGIE C - - who helped me validate my site by adding all the correct legalities for sms marketing where they need to be. It was directed to me super easily, youtube videos if i needed a visual which was a great help. Please get more people like Regie C to help - - has the patience of a saint :)

This is the first SMS app I'm trying within my Shopify perks but I am so beyond pleased with it. It appears there's so much you can do here for free that other companies have been trying to sell me on! Wish I learned of this long ago. But at least I found it now and can still save. There appears to be so many awesome things you can do that will make eCommerce growth a breeze! The layouts are very straight forward, simple and easy to understand and navigate. I really appreciate this because sometimes things get over-complicated and too stressful trying to utilize online platforms. Not here! Best of all, when I did need help with something, I was able to chat live instantly with Marnie. She was so helpful in so many ways. Quick service and went the extra mile, above and beyond, to edit changes I needed from her end, when I was at a loss to figure it out from my end. Highly recommend this in so many ways! Don't pay outside companies for what's available and built in right here on your Shopify account!

It's a good app. and the customer service is excellent. Their live chat works 24/7 and the customer service agent "AJ T" helped me to solve all the problems and doubts I had. Recommend the app. 10/10.
