She was so patient through my navigating to the right section. Turned out I was in the right section, but I had gotten lazy. So she went back to square one. Loved the experience. Great staff.

Very easy to use even if you are a dork at technology! The support staff is incredible as well. You get answers and help in minutes, not hours. The free plan also includes a lot of helpful tools and automations.

Very helpful customer service. While I did run into a couple issues using their popup forms (which are listed as "beta" at the time of this review), the customer service was great! I received a reply in less than an hour and they were very helpful. I also reached out to customer service with a question about their service and they responded very quickly. All in all, I am leaving this review mainly to express how impressed I was with the customer service. As for the app, it works exactly as listed and I am very happy.

Unprofessional. Made me lose so much time and money, they get your account inactive without telling you. Note to their reply : I had no problem with complying, I even asked their support and they told me everything was fine. Many things have to be improved on this app. I advice to rather go to an email solution like Omnisend that have SMS (or Klaviyo too I think).
