haven't used it a bunch yet. but from what i've seen i'm happy. great customer service. the first issue i had was solved in min. that's rare in my experience dealing with apps.

I was incredibly surprised to see how easy it was to set it all up! It is only a few clicks and you are done.I would totally recommend setting it up for any shopify owner. Also, the tech support is superb. They get back to me so promptly.

I now see why this is the #1 SMS Marketing app on Shopify. Very simple and easy to use with representatives who are genuinely interested in seeing your business succeed. I just downloaded this app. It was recommended to me and I just customized my SMS and I loved how it let me customize it and add Gifs to your msgs and MORE. I highly recommend this app!

I had the app for several months. Honestly didn't do much for my store as I was in a 10$ keywords plan. Good customer service in general.

Great customer service. Siemon helped me setting up SMS bump and it took less than 10 minutes. This app is a game-changer for anyone doing ecom through shopify.
