I had an 'after-hours' quick support issue, resolved in a timely manner. Deploying commerce sites is rarely is limited to office hours so I appreciate prompt and helpful support in the hours I'm working on client work. Kudos!

I just downloaded this app to my Shopify store and boy was I lost! Not really tech savy here. The SMSBump team is AWESOME!! They reply within minutes even on holidays!! Awesome customer service by Angelica!!

Awesome customer service by Simeon! I just downloaded the app so I haven't had much time to test it out but so far, it seems easy to use and pretty straight forward. I am mainly using this to get abandoned carts sales back. I will give a more thorough update later!

I forget that I even have this app sometimes. Its done an excellent job on its own sending the texts that I've set up. I don't have to prompt & thanks to this app, my sales are flowing better.

Sachez que j'ai supprimé l'appli avec 40$ de credit ! C'est la pire arnaque que j'ai vu de ma vie, après avoir écouter un con de youtubeur nomé NATH #LOOSER PREPUBERE DU NET QUI VEUT QUE GRATTER ET PROFITER DU GRATOS clochard de moche que t'es Sachez messieurs dames quand telechargant l'application vous ne pourrez envoyer aucun message, pour vos panier abandonné par exemple, sous pretexte qu'il vous faut munir d'une preuve comme quoi TOUT vos clients sont d'accord pour recevoir des sms marketing... N'est ce pas le but de l'application ? N'avons nous pas installer préalablement une bar de cookies pour ce genre de choses ? Je vous la chis la preuve de mes clients ? bande de voleurs que vous êtes !!!!!!!
