Angelica was great at helping me with something that was soo simple, but very helpful in setting up my pop out form. This type of customer service is incredibly valuable as you are working to set up your store.

The customer service from Angelica is excellent! She assisted me every step where I needed help, though I tried to trouble shoot myself sometimes. We got the job done in the end, especially about the GDPR compliance which is essential. Kudos to Angelica!Well done!

Bit of a nightmare to set up but so far so good. Angelica really helped me with getting everything sorted out, mind you this was on a Saturday in the morning so their dedication to customer service is authentic

Great app. Test messages won't take you to the abandoned cart though. Hope they can fix this in the near future. Everything else good.

I never write reviews on Apps.. But this one!! Wow!!! Geneius App, i can not explain enough how important this feature is!! If you not using this App you simply doing a mistake and leaving money on the table. Well done guys, on creating the best App i have seen for Shopify. Those who give you less then 5 stars should be banned from Shopify.

Great customer service. Just started using the app on a new store. I have it on another store and it has made a few sales which only end up costing like 5 cents.
