SMSBump is a must for me for every store now. it really helps to recover most of the abandoned carts. I prefer SMSBump instead of normal e-mail marketing because the open rate is incredibly higher! I Highly recommend this app to everyone that is looking to recover their abandoned carts, also the price is really cheap!

Angelica from Philiphinnes resolved my problem, with 2 stores cause i wanted to transfer money to store from another store. She is very quickly, nice, patience and empaty with customer. Highly recommend work with her.

Great when it works, but seem to have bugs somewhat frequently. The team is very responsive though and addresses them quickly when notified.

I’m giving 5 stars because I know they are trying. However if you use the free version you will get texts from customers but you can’t read or reply to them unless you upgrade. That’s not acceptable on my end to leave customers hanging. It needs to be changed. Either remove that capability for the free version or limit the amount of customers. Other than that it seems to perform ok.
