I integrated SMSBump with my Justuno pop-up... the integration seemed to go smoothly as Justuno accepted it fine. I noticed immediately that I have an issue as I signed up to test my own pop-up and I haven't received the initial welcome flow. I checked SMSbump and my information is there so not sure why it's not starting the flow. I have spoken to 2 customer service reps & I haven't had the problem solved yet. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I'm starting to get a little frustrated as now I'm not getting responses to my to follow up emails. Hopefully this is a glitch and it all turns around.

Paid their fee, then was told we could not upload current customers. We asked them to issue a refund and they denied. Waste of money for us.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. SMS Marketing is governed by different regulations in the USA, Europe and Asia/Oceania which most of the times go down to not allowing any uploads unless they are with an explicit written consent, meaning people knowingly opted n for text messages. Our compliance team carefully reviews each request for upload of contacts and when the opt in is too general we would prefer not to put your business at risk. As far as the refund it has been taken care of.

The app is great and the customer support is even better, I spoke to someone called Harry who went above and beyond helping me with my questions and was in general a great person. Had I known his last name I would of given him more credit but I can't I hope someone notices his good work and he is rewarded accordingly.
