Best ROAS that you can get for basically nothing. Using it since pretty much day 1 of it coming out, it has evolved and improved so much, 10/10

You would be insane not to get this app. It's an absolute must. We are a high volume business and did not expect much. In just a few days we invested 17.74 to generate 474.02 in sales. That's a 2672.04% ROI. It's the best return on investment of any strategy we have. It's SO EASY to set up too. I only wish SMSBump had hunted me down to make me sign up sooner. Lol. 6 stars if that had it

Helped with fixing a random issue I had sent a message to get help with and expected to get a response the next day since it was 2am at the time and got the problem solved and responded to within maybe 15 minutes all fixed.

This app is super easy to use when trying to send mass texts. Just upload your contacts, purchase some credits and it's so quick to send out. Wish the pricing was lower, hence the 4-stars. But it works.

I used this app to send text marketing to my customers. This app is absolutely inefficient. I paid for texts to be sent to my customers and the texts never went through. I contact the support team and they told me they were having technical issues but could not provide an alternative solution. It takes tech support at least 20 mins to respond to your LIVE CHAT messages even after you can see they have read the chat. Very slow and INEFFICIENT. Don't waste your time on this app...very frustrating experience. I also used this app to send abandoned cart text messages and for the first time ever, my abandoned cart recoveries hit a low of 5%. My recovery was always at 7% or higher. SMSBump is the worst!!!
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We took care of the refund for you. Just to throw a bit more light on the case, there was a hiccup and a support member who was working on your case was investigating the issue you were describing hence the 20 mins to respond to your message. Definitely something that could have been communicated better. As far as the attribution goes we've recovered 78 orders while you were using our software. The % of recovery is in thousands and definitely much higher than disclosed here.

Just installed the app and so far had great customer service with chat and app is easy to navigate. I am not sure about conversions just yet since I just got the app will update later.

SMSBump is one of the best apps there is for Shopify! It has had a big positive impact on my business since I can send text messages to people who did not finish checking out the items they added to the cart. 10/10!!!
