** AMAZING APP!! MUST HAVE ** Honestly you can't find a better app than this on Shopify. Amazing professional customer service so far & a amazing app that works exactly as stated! This is the easiest way by far to get some extra revenue in. Campaigns all working smoothly and incredible performance on the automation.

A new age marketing tool that complement to push & email marketing. SMSBump helped us increase sales via SMS marketing and has really efficient troubleshooting and customer service. We highly recommend this industry leading SMS marketing app.

We own 3 stores and have installed this app on all 3 after a very successful trial on one of them. Some things we liked: > Highly customisable and a lot of functionality > Very responsive customer service & troubleshooting > Interesting developments in the roadmap All in all a very good complement to push & email

By far the best way to recover abandoned checkouts! Messenger automations do not work for my store for some reason, I only can recover 1 abandoned cart every 100 with them, what works a bit better is my abandoned checkout flow with Klaviyo but nothing beats SMSBump so far! I forgot to make the proper adjustments in the checkout settings so that customers would leave their phone numbers and when I thought about it BOOM!!!! First recovered checkout after 2 hours with only a few cents spent (ROI of about 16000!). Couldn't believe it! I hope they will manage to integrate the app with Zipify OCU soon to recover even more abandoned checkouts

I just installed the app and I think this will be a great app to help me increase sales via SMS marketing. So far, it is the cheapest SMS rates that I have came across. Other apps charge 0.30 cents for a text message which is ridiculous and will quickly add up to hundreds of doubles. Excited to get started using this app.

You are really leaving money on the table if you are not trying SMS to retarget your customers. I have earned back $100+ in sales from $2 of SMS sent to abandoned cart. That's around 5000+% of ROI! A great shoutout to the customer service team. They are so helpful to answer my queries. Give it a try!

I’m really excited for this app! I love that it will text customers who haven’t ordered for a while to try to win them back and it sends cart abandonment texts. I can also schedule my own text reminders to order (we’re a meal prep company) and incentives AND target VIP customers to give them special offers. I couldn’t ask for better support either. I ran into an issue and Mike and the team were very quick to get back to me and resolve it. Thank you!

We've only been using this app for less than one month. The ROI is astounding. On a spend of less than $13.00, we've made 15 sales for well over 1K. You are leaving money on the table if you don't use it. I love the pay as you go option allowing for very little out of pocket. Finally, the customer support is as good as it gets. Thanks so much for this app! A real money maker.

Awesome app! Would recommend for any store generating a decent amount of traffic. This has done wonders for me, and the support is top notch.
