This app is perfect in every sense. It is very easy to use and if you have any trouble the customer service is amazing. They will help you in any way. The app itself works perfectly and it's a great way to contact your customers to offer discounts, etc. Although is more expensive than sending an email, the results via SMS are totally awesome compared through via email. A must app and totally recommended

This is one of the best automated systems for your store. Not only does it take care of abandoned cart, it will do sms marketing as well. People have there phones more than email. this will have access to them more directly. www.lifetherapeutic.net

We got so mad seeing Abandoned checkouts I couldn't send a recovery email too because they set up a phone number instead of an email. I didn't want an E-mail address to be a required field, since if a customer wants to withold their email it is presumably for a reason; we will respect that request. This app is a game changer.
