Fabulous communication with these people. I love any app that will let me communicate via messenger. They answer very quickly. I had an initial problem with getting it installed in the correct spot on my website and they quickly and efficiently took care of it for me. I'm excited to start collecting numbers and putting their system to work. Thanks so much!!!!

Love it already! Just integrated SMS Marketing and Automation and already sent abandoned cart txts to a few customers. And one came back! :)

Love this app! Makes it so easy to send texts to our customers without having to commit to a monthly subscription. The only thing I wish is that there was a code we could post that would like customers sign up for this program like many other texting programs have.

Service works well and the price per message is great. When sending to recipients not in the contact list, you have to paste the numbers in one at a time. I tried pasting a list of numbers from Excel (about 30 numbers) and only the first one was accepted. I had to paste all 30 numbers individually.

This app is extremely affective in getting peoples attention. I've had customers come into my store ( I use shopify POS) minutes after I send out a text message. It's easy to use and they are very responsive to improvements and issues.

You'd be very foolish not to use their services. If you add just the abandoned cart feature you should see a pretty big uptick in your recovery rate. Also you can text out a number of other things such as sales and delivery confirmation. I think it's essential in this day and age. Very quality app that works well.
