I've received the best customer service experience from Keano and the app is great overall the downside is for people that don't serve international so cant auto localize all the texts and contents but you can do it manually and the navigation is frustrating for a new comer but I'm sure it gets easier overtime overall great app and customer service

My experience was great!! John D. was super helpful and even went as far to send me a screenshot showing me exactly how to fix my problem. It made my problem so easy to manage. I'm grateful that you have someone like John D. working for you. You should definitely give John a pay raise!!

Excellent, consistent customer service. Every time I reach out, my issues are worked through in their entirety. The same day. It's clear that the customer support agents know what they are doing and have technical training. Great service by Keano and his colleagues. Night and day from many of the other digital platforms I've used.
