AJ was very pleasant to work with. I was having a few issues with understanding the flow of things and checking to ensure things were setup properly. Very helpful and great customer service.

I should admit that I am lucky as I just got a chance to work with SMSBump. In fact, SMSbump played a huge role in turning my company’s communication strategy into a real game-changer owing to its impeccable user interface and functionality. Nevertheless, it is AJ’s superb customer service that deserves a special mention. AJ was helpful as he addressed my few worries and questions. He had a lot of information about the platform, and he slowly guided me through each phase, making sure that I utilized SMSBump’s abilities to their full extent. The thing that amazed me more is AJ’s commitment to resolving problems quickly and efficiently. He did not give me standard solutions, but rather listened to me and offered customized aid. Few times does one come across a competent and genuinely caring customer support like AJ who perfectly exhibited these characteristics. AJ’s high degree of professionalism and expertise is a reflection on what kind of company SMSBump is. SMSBump is a perfect option on account of its easy-to-use platform and excellent client services. Finally, my encounter with SMSBump together with the exceptional guidance from AJ has totally pleased me. Therefore, I strongly recommend SMS bump to any one looking forward to having a good SMS marketing, and thank AJ for his great assistance. Congratulations, SMSBump team. I was not understanding how to verify my toll free number. However I found a link on needing to add verbiage to my store policies. Once done I chatted in to validate. Djan was very fast and helpful. Made sure i was escalated due to release date. 5 stars.

The customer support is very dedicated. I contacted them to ask about best practices using SMSbump and Klaviyo. Princess S (PL) was very honest in advising me on how I should set up, not trying to force me to follow what is beneficial for SMSBump, but guiding me to what is best for me, and also what I want. Shout out to Princess S and the team!

@AJ T Thanks to AJ, I received excellent help with the app. I had a few issues that needed to be resolved. However, through AJ's persistent and repeated support, this app is now working quite well. I also understand everything better now. So, if anything is not working for you, contact support in the chat. Great assistance! Highly recommended.

Really impressed by what I can achieve with this tool and the features included. It is super professional and advanced, also easy to use. The BEST thing is the support team has been amazing - I can't stress this enough, genuinely blown away by how helpful Alex has been to get me set up with everything I need!

Amazing app, if you're not including SMS marketing in your strategy, you are missing out on huge ROAS. The team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great app, very usefull and playful to win the customer back and take the phone number. Faced some issues while integration but the customer support, especially "Alex" helps me a lot of understanding some things.
