I highly recommend SMSBump, it was quick and easy to setup. I experienced great customer service, Marnie was not only knowledgeable and efficient but has a great online personality too!

Good customer support. I had a few questions on syncing existing shopify customer list with Yotpo and reached out to the helpdesk. I was connected to PL who was super fast to respond and was able to answer my questions. Impressed.

I've used this app for a couple of months now, and it has been a great help with my text-marketing efforts. The support response is super fast. I've been helped by multiple agents, the latest one, Keano solved my issue right away. Looking forward to growing with SMSBump!

I had an issue with my TOS and my Privacy policy. Jumped on the text support and got Joann C, she worked with me and was very patient to assist me in getting this resolved. Thank you kindly for getting my number on it's way to verification. ✅
