More help than most apps I've used and Keano was very speedy. The videos are straight forward and it doesn't take long to update.

Just installed today and ran into a very small bump. I reached out to support via chat and the little glitch was fixed in minutes! John D was excellent in understanding the issue and then quickly resolving!

The App support is Good, I got connected with Don, he is fast, friendly and highly knowledgeable, he helped me out through the setup rapidly.

Salut Princesse. Je suis un débutant en e-commerce et c'est pour la première fois que je configure SmsBump. Je ne peux vous parler objectivement de mon expérience que plus tard. Je crois que mes difficultés actuelles sont beaucoup plus liées à mon faible niveau d'anglais.
