The SMSbump is a very useful marketing tool, the agent i chat with(PL) was very quick to answer my queries. i recommend this app

@AJ on the support team was EXTREMELY helpful. I love the 'Flow' function of this app! It allowed me to set up a chain to send discount email alerts to first-time subscribers. I'm still working out some things, but all in all the app is functioning well. Overall AJ is the best and is very alert and has fixed all of my issues!

would highly recommend this app, there support team is so fast and dealing with one of there workers Alex has been nothing short of exceptional. went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly and took the headache out of something that would've have ended in me just exiting the app, well done yotpo and a big thank-you to Alex for your help.

I really like this application, it's easy to use and if you don't understand the chat responds quickly. Djan P very professional, responds quickly and solved my problem very quickly. He is a good element !

Takes a minute to get setup. Recommend using the chat service to get with an live agent to fully setup. my agent "PL" was awesome, she immediately understood what I need to be taken care of and had it done within 5 minutes.
