I think the app is helpful. It is just confusing to set the flow. But luckily, John D was able to extend help. I still do need to learn more about the email design editing.

Djan was very helpful with setting up SMSBump. I had many questions and got all answered! Even he did a test through my checkout to see if sms bump is working.

The customer service is great and very very timely. All my issues are tended to and my support rep, Djan, helped me come to a prompt resolution. In addition, the product is great and has a lot of useful functionalities.

I love this app and i haven't even used all the features yet. I've actually been using it for almost two years now. Customers service is always fast and helpful.
