Customer service was great in helping me to get my account validated to send SMS to my customers. The rep Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and patient as I worked through the steps that he gave me. Would highly recommend!

Still figuring out how to use all the flows and campaigns and have run into some issues with the interface. However, I will say Customer Support is AMAZING. Shoutout Marnie for helping me out with all the issues I have been facing!

Joann just helped and was incredible! For some reason I have a hard time working w/ your platform. I find it extremely confusing. Maybe it's me however Joann just held my 52 year old hand and helped me figure something very simple out. She is a keeper!
