The service was on point! At first, i thought the wait to be served would be less, but when "Joann C" got in touch with me, I was happy to realize that I was NOT comunicating with a bot!! (Which made it so much better) Joann was quite quick and helpful at answering my questions. Service is a 5!

The truth is that I am new to shopify and these technological platforms and I have found it very easy thanks to the excellent customer service, for example I just activated SMSBump and if it wasn't for the excellent customer service I would not have been able to do it, I thank you very much Regie for the collaboration, I am very satisfied and happy.

Irene S. Landa, was fantastic to deal with and really went out of her way to help me and also went to the trouble of setting things up for me, not only that her advice to me was invaluable and an absolute pleasure to talk to and i cant thank her enough for everything she has done for me

I have downloaded the app multiple times to try and use it and every single time I open it, it does not load and just has a blank screen. Really disappointed.

John D was incredibly helpful when setting up SMS Bump app for the first time. He gave timely responses and detailed instructions with photos. I am looking forwarded to using this app more to help grow our new business and knowing a great support staff is a click away gives me great peace of mind.
