Still new to this app, still figuring all out but the customer service is very helpfull and guided you step by step if you miss anything, PL is very patient and lucky to be serviced by him/her.

Great customer service. John B., PL, and Keano were friendly, attentive to detail, and thorough. Integrations and flows are also easy to understand.

I only started using SMSBump today, and I found it fairly easy to work through especially with the help and guidance offered. When I got a little stuck, Alex gave me excellent support which I greatly appreciated and helped me move forward with my work. Would highly recommend this to anyone, and again thank you Alex for helping me today :)

Dead app. Doesn't open in chrome. Their support is pathetic... frustrating experience

Absolute waste of time and energy. This app is constantly down. When it's not, it's deleting my email flows or replacing content on its own with blank template. I'm just glad I could copy my email templates before I delete this nightmare of an app.

I am having issues with the app not displaying any analytics for the day as well as many other problems, but the customer service is great. Regie C and Elijah C were both super helpful and helped me resolve almost all of the issues. Will definitely be 5 stars if the other kinks can get worked out by the higher-ups.

Have used SMS bump in the past! but just started a new store so haven't used in a while and Alex served me on live chat, he was amazing and helped me out so much. The guy deserves a raise! super helpful and polite
