I was just starting out and had basic questions. @Aljohn has been very patient and helpful in answering my questions and provided everything I needed to get going. Considering that I'm just starting out with their free plan, I could not have asked for better service. I'm very impressed with the quality of their customer support and excited to use their tools to grow my business.

Customer service from Marnie was probably the best I've ever had. The app itself is very nice and pretty polished for what you need regarding SMS marketing and Emailing as well.

AlJohn provided exceptional support from start to finish! The tool has always been great but It's been a while since I've used the SMSBump so some of my automations and flows were no longer supported. AlJohn assisted me in upgrading those flows to the supportive versions as well as providing additional details on the new features in SMSBump. Overall terrific support and the app is amazing!

No issues with this app. Great customer service by Marnie specifically, and by others in the past. text marketing is cheap and generates ROAS of around 50x (sounds like a lot but when texts are only 2 cent if you generate 1 $50 sale after every 50 texts 50x ROAS isn't too crazy.

Great support service, and the interface is really easy to use, one of my go to apps, Still got a lot to learn in terms of flows but it really gives you a great experience. Thanks to Keano he was really fast on providing a solution to my issues.

Excellent and fast customer service! Needed help on a Friday night, and PL was quick to respond and help out as best she could. Very frustrated to find out I can't collect names on my pop-up, only emails and phone numbers for texts, but otherwise, cool app, but again, great customer service from PL. Thanks for the help!

The chat support within SMSBump is next level. The representative PL who helped me was super responsive and attentive to my questions. She helped me navigate the validation process step by step so i could get back to working on my brand. This SMS chat support feature is way more efficient that emailing back and forth or waiting to speak with a representative on the phone.

double charged 500 when I did not authorize a refill. They are reluctant to give me a refund, they have no proof that I used credits. I would beware using a company like this who dont believe the customers are right. I'm moving on to another competitor.
