Amazing app! I really recommend SMSBump and I really think it is the best app for sms out there! The customer experience with John was flawless as well.

Don is super amazing and helpful, each time I made a mistake he would quickly find it and give me exact steps to correct it. 10/10 support might be one of the best I've ever talked to, that's the G.O.A.T right there!

Joann C helped me with my automation problem and I was able to do it the way I expected, it is a very intuitive application and it helped me to be able to perform my flows correctly.

App is great but the email templates could be a lot better. Hard to navigate and edit and customize, other than that, app is great.

I haven't had the chance to do much with the app so far, but I love what I'm seeing and experiencing right out of the gate! Quin was super helpful on getting me set up and has made me feel much more confident in my decision to use this app. I'm really looking forward to what I can do to build our business using it! Whenever I need help from SMSBump Customer Service they are quick and so helpful. They always clarify what they mean and show you articles and visuals to help you. I am very happy with the help I receive with them, every-time!

Elijah helped me A TON with making necessary compliance updates to keep my account healthy. He provided me with detailed and easy to follow steps to do so. Their customer service is amazing. Elijah C promptly handled my request and was able to walk me through step by step on how to verify my account to get the app working on my store. I can't wait to learn more about how everything works to optimize it for my business!

I am not someone who leaves reviews very often, especially negative however this companies "support" is the worst I have come across from a software business. I have it setup so customers receive a discount code upon signing up with an email, the customer has never received any email / discount. On the 3rd attempt of contacting support I was told to follow some steps, I did them. On the 4th time I was told it was not working because ' servers are busy, the email will arrive to your customer later'. On the 5th time I am told my email has to be verified in the system - why did the previous 4 support agents not tell me this? To date I have had an "escalated" support ticket open for about 12 days. After 7 days of the support ticket being open and me already verifying my email a few days prior, I am once again asked to verify the email. 5 days since the last reply, still no response and the software still isn't working.
