I just worked with Keano. This customer service person was very patient with me. I see some of the issues from the last review, but don't jump the gun. Just get with customer service and let the go through it with you. I was reluctant to use the app after your review but gave it a try anyway. It's is now working for me, I was making too much out of it when it is very simple. Thanks Keano

Excellent customer service, a guy named Jeff helped me a lot, working with him was very comfortable and easy. He took pictures of every problem and every time I didn't understand. Very satisfied with the app and the service in particular, I will continue and recommend to my friends!

Marnie E was a great help today. She was super fast. This software is good but beware of the costs if you have extra characters like TM. The SMS charges are also very expensive for the EU.
