I've been using Social Scheduler for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The app makes it incredibly easy to automatically post my products on social media with just a few clicks. The application is completely non-functional—it just keeps spinning without any progress. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor performance, especially when time is of the essence for running a business. I can't understand why Shopify doesn't enforce stricter quality control or thoroughly test applications before approving them on their platform. This lack of oversight diminishes trust in the Shopify ecosystem and wastes merchants' time. For an app to even be listed, it should meet basic usability standards and provide a seamless user experience. Unfortunately, this app falls far short. I hope the developers address this issue urgently and Shopify steps up their review process to prevent similar problems in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. It’s a complete disappointment.

I was excited to download this app for both of my stores. Initially, I encountered a conflict due to having multiple social media accounts, which took a little time to resolve. However, I greatly appreciated Sophia and her team's excellent communication and transparency. They even took the time to help troubleshoot on a weekend, which was much appreciated. I'm happy to say everything is working perfectly, and I'm impressed with the app and its outstanding customer service!

This is a fantastic app - is growing our followers and the support is wonderful! The development team is ambitious, and their customer support has been outstanding. It’s a fantastic way to keep our social media feeds active with products. It features an intuitive, powerful scheduling system, customisable hashtag templates, and written templates that can be mixed and matched – either randomly or with more structured planning, as we do at the gallery. We’ve found multiple ways to use the app effectively on johndyergallery.com - Surfacing older artworks that may remain overlooked – the app intelligently selects products from specific collections. - Promoting our latest collections. - Alerting followers to newly published blogs. - Resurfacing older blog posts that deserve more attention. We’ve set everything up to run twice daily, with custom time slots and written templates that incorporate variables such as {vendor}, {product title}, {price}, etc., making the process incredibly powerful and saving us a significant amount of work. Now, onto the clever AI features.. The AI capabilities within the app are awe-inspiring. The AI Campaigns can automatically generate posts, stories, or reels based on your chosen schedule – or you can let the AI decide for you! The AI beautifully summarises product information, even adding contextually relevant emojis – for example, cat paw prints appeared in a post featuring a painting of a cat, which was wonderfully clever. The overall result is highly effective when combined with hand-written 'Auto Posts' scheduled for the times and days you prefer. Most importantly, our follower count is growing again – a testament to the app’s value. Install, pay and watch your social media account come to life while you do something far more interesting :-)

Great Automation Tool for Social Media! I've been using SS - Social Media AI Auto Post for a while now, and it has been a game changer for my Shopify store. Managing social media posts used to take up a lot of my time, but this app has made the process so much easier. The AI-powered automation is impressive. It creates engaging posts that feel personalized and relevant to my products, which saves me hours of content creation every week. I especially appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts in advance and tailor them to specific platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The integration with Shopify is seamless. It automatically pulls product images and descriptions, so I don't have to manually enter information. The app’s interface is user-friendly, and the setup was straightforward, even for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. The only improvement I’d suggest is offering more customization options for post templates, but overall, it’s a very helpful tool for busy store owners who want to stay active on social media without spending too much time. We can help you with this. Please understand that Shopify manages the billing process for our apps. We noticed that you subscribed on July 25th and uninstalled on August 16th, which totals 23 days of app usage. This is why Shopify billed you for one month and It won't charge you again since you uninstalled the app before next billing starts. We’ve sent you an email with more details.
