Honestly it was a good app until we got flooded with scammers abusing the system. We have been threatened multiple times that they will create fake trustpilot reviews and use bots to spam our socials. I reached out to social snowball on assistance and some guidance on how to deal with the scammers, unfortunately they weren't of any help. Very disappointed.

Social Snowball has been incredibly helpful in getting our affiliate program up and running, and we’ve been very happy with the platform and results so far! Katie and her team have been amazing — friendly, professional, and so supportive throughout the entire process. I was truly impressed by the level of care and support she provided. 10/10 would recommend!

The customer service is quite poor - borderline making the platform unusable, as it does have a few issues. They dont man the chat or respond to the support@ email address. Even once you are a paying customer and they send you an invite to schedule a meeting with a CSM via Hubspot, no meeting actually gets booked. So you are just wasting your time contacting them. I had high hopes for the platform, so i am hoping they will fix this up, but so far it is about as bad as it can be for a SaaS provider.

I don’t know where I would be without Tara! She saved my affiliate program which kinda saved my life. For weeks I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with the Payout feature and just couldn’t get it to work. Then Tara stepped in and set everything up properly so that all of the features work and she explained it all in the most thorough way possible. I really appreciate it!! Now my program is running smoothly and I’m ready to take it to the next level. Thanks so much Tara!! I'm not sure what Social Snowball is paying you, but you deserve a raise!

There is a payment wall to check the product. I checked it didn't like it. Got a refund so that's all set. Does it do the job, probably but still thinking it's way overpriced for what you get.

Mirna and the team are incredibly helpful with answering questions and making sure our company fully understands how to get the most out of Social Snowball. The system itself is straightforward, and they’re consistently rolling out new features.

Works well, does what its supposed to, but the funding options in Canada will cost you bank fees each time, and small startups will take a long time to have this pay for itself unless you are already generating significant sales per day or have a team dedicated to influencer hounding and/or are already gaining traction with content creators. I wouldn't suggest using this for new stores with modest budgets. Smaller pricing tier needed.

We’ve been using Social Snowball for a few weeks, and I’m impressed! It's intuitive and makes managing affiliate campaigns incredibly easy. The support team is quick to respond if you need help. It’s perfect for growing businesses that want to scale their affiliate marketing efforts efficiently. Highly recommend it!

We ran into some technical issues and our account manager Mals looped in Ani from their dev team who jumped on a call in the evening and helped resolve all of the issues plus more, and we did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was set up and running smoothly again. Super company and support!
