Noah and the team have been amazing to work with. Snowball makes working with our affiliate partners simple and streamlined. Even for those who have lesser experience in the field, the team at Snowball help you every step of the way. This is a must have for any DTC brand!

Social Snowball team helped me tremendously. I had used chat AIs to help craft CSS code for me for my sign up and confirmation pages. Nothing worked. I reached out to social snowball customer support team and within an hour I got a response to my first ask, then while I had them I asked for something else and they gave me direction on how to solve that problem. Super efficient responses and responses that solved our business issues. For a small business, this is EXACTLY what we needed! Thank you!

Hands down one of the easiest affiliate platforms I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly intuitive and simple to set up, making it a perfect choice for any D2C brand looking to kickstart their affiliate program at a cost-effective level. What really stands out is how clear and beginner-friendly it is for affiliates, even those who have never participated in an affiliate program before. The onboarding is seamless, the dashboard is straightforward, and the payoff system is super easy to understand and manage. Everything is transparent and clearly communicated on the merchant’s website, which builds trust on both sides. And shout out to the great customer service team! I genuinely believe anyone can master Social Snowball quickly and use it to confidently scale their affiliate program. If you’re a D2C brand looking for a powerful yet simple solution, this is it.

Great product, actively using this tool for my creator campaigns. Would suggest weekly / monthly webinars to promote actively working strategies and things like this.

We’ve had a really solid experience using Social Snowball for Quinton. The platform makes it genuinely easy to turn happy customers (and ambassadors) into affiliates without adding friction to the purchase journey, and the automations save our team a ton of time. What we’ve loved most is how clean the setup is, how well it tracks referrals, and how straightforward it is for creators/customers to share their links and see results. The UI is simple, the reporting is clear, and it integrates smoothly into our Shopify workflow. If you’re looking for a proper affiliate/referral engine that feels modern (and not clunky), Social Snowball is a great choice. Highly recommended.

A lot of sales will get tagged as an "affiliate referral" when it is not. I have facebook utms on a ton of orders that also got tagged for being from an affiliate.

Honestly it was a good app until we got flooded with scammers abusing the system. We have been threatened multiple times that they will create fake trustpilot reviews and use bots to spam our socials. I reached out to social snowball on assistance and some guidance on how to deal with the scammers, unfortunately they weren't of any help. Very disappointed.

Social Snowball has been incredibly helpful in getting our affiliate program up and running, and we’ve been very happy with the platform and results so far! Katie and her team have been amazing — friendly, professional, and so supportive throughout the entire process. I don’t know where I would be without Tara! She saved my affiliate program which kinda saved my life. For weeks I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with the Payout feature and just couldn’t get it to work. Then Tara stepped in and set everything up properly so that all of the features work and she explained it all in the most thorough way possible. I really appreciate it!! Now my program is running smoothly and I’m ready to take it to the next level. Thanks so much Tara!! I'm not sure what Social Snowball is paying you, but you deserve a raise!
