Everything from start to finish was SO easy and user-friendly, especially for our affiliates. It's incredible how well-organized the software is, so much so that it's basically hands-off once you get everything set up. Their reps were helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. I'd recommend Social Snowball to anyone looking to upgrade their affiliate marketing!

We are using Social Snowball for customer and affiliate referrals. The Social Snowball team has been supportive every step of the way in onboarding. We've bombarded them with multiple questions and feature requests for the first month and they are super quick to respond and help us come up with solutions. The app work pretty well now, and they have a robust product roadmap, so it will only get better.

My experience with the app and with Malvika, my customer experience rep, has been great! She is super resourceful, helpful and responds on very short notice. The platform is easy to use and helps us have all our affiliates in one place! I totally recommend it.

Social Snowball has helped us manage two of our affiliate programs and they have been a huge help. Customer Service is very prompt and they really want to hear how they can improve and become more efficient. Overall a great experience!

Amazing user support team that's really willing to work with you to optimize your experience. Amazing interface, flexibility and integrations. Definitely one of the best platforms out there to help run your brand ambassador and/or affiliate programs!

The custom support has been amazing, as we've gotten all of our customers and affiliates transferred to the app. It really put us in a position to leverage the app to its fullest and succeed. Really happy with my decision to shift to Snowball :)

Staying organised while trying to grow an ambassador program can be challenging, but with the help of Snowball and their amazing team we've been able to grow our ambassador program while staying organised which we really appreciate. There have been a few hick ups along the way that came up tech wise (which happens in any app from time to time) but their support team is always sure to get them resolved asap. We'd definitely recommend using this app to grow your own affiliate or ambassador program.

The customer service is outstanding! Shoutout to Malvika for helping out with the integration with our Klaviyo flows. Social Snowball is easy to set up and makes offering an affiliate program very simple. We love that you can offer affiliates the option to get cash, gift cards or donate to charity. Thank you!

We just started using this app, and it has been SO user-friendly and easy to use already. It's our third attempt at setting up a referral program, and it's been the easiest by far, with exceptional account management and support. Excited to grow our program with Snowball!
