Very user friendly! Onboarding is a breeze and the Customer Service is amazing!

There is a payment wall to check the product. I checked it didn't like it. Got a refund so that's all set. Does it do the job, probably but still thinking it's way overpriced for what you get.

Mirna and the team are incredibly helpful with answering questions and making sure our company fully understands how to get the most out of Social Snowball. The system itself is straightforward, and they’re consistently rolling out new features.

We had an issue. Social Snowball was proactive in resolving it - doing the right thing for the customer. We look forward to using the platform again.

So far, so great! Awesome support during onboarding and setup. I'll write another review once we've lived with it a bit. I expect it to be fabulous.

Works well, does what its supposed to, but the funding options in Canada will cost you bank fees each time, and small startups will take a long time to have this pay for itself unless you are already generating significant sales per day or have a team dedicated to influencer hounding and/or are already gaining traction with content creators. I wouldn't suggest using this for new stores with modest budgets. Smaller pricing tier needed.

We ran into some technical issues and our account manager Mals looped in Ani from their dev team who jumped on a call in the evening and helped resolve all of the issues plus more, and we did a follow up call the next day to ensure all was set up and running smoothly again. This platform can be confusing at first but my Rep Zohaib was the most caring and genuine person I could have asked for. It seemed as though he really acres about the product and is going above and beyond of what I am asking to get set up and answer my questions.

Great platform for Affiliate marketing with good segmenting, analytics and process to payment. Support is second to none with ongoing learnings and optimisations. I didn't think it was the right platform me and my company, but Mirna from customer service reached out, asked me my needs and wants, and helped me get Snowball dialed in for my companies needs. Social Snowball has been an incredible platform to use. Seamless to onboard, use, and scale our affiliates.
