Love the app. Customer support is absolutely amazing and they helped me a lot. Especially Ani was super responsive and help me set up the app on Shopify through a collaborator request when I was super confused how to do it. Highly recomend them!

We are still in the early stages of fully activating with Social Snowball, and while the experience has been promising overall, there have been some significant challenges. The platform is designed to operate with a hands-off approach once set up, which should eventually save our staff time and allow them to focus on other critical areas of the business. However, the initial setup and integration with Klaviyo have been very time-consuming and complex. We've encountered issues where affiliates don't receive emails because they aren't subscribed, or randomly miss emails that are sent out. Additionally, when we transferred affiliates from another platform, many didn't receive the welcome email, even though flows were in place, leading to confusion and frustration. In addition, working with Snowball's partners, Tremendous and Trolley, has been incredibly frustrating. It felt like we were being given the runaround when trying to gather the necessary information to move forward and no one would connect with us on a phone call. While I am still working through these kinks, I must acknowledge that Mals has been incredibly helpful throughout this process, consistently providing quick and effective communication, which has helped make the setup process smoother.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience using Social Snowball! From the moment we signed up, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, thanks to the exceptional support from the team, especially Mals. The platform’s functionality is top-notch, and we are seeing fantastic results by managing both our creator and customer affiliate programs through it. We highly recommend Social Snowball for its effectiveness and ease of use!

Signed up for Snowball about 2 months ago but had some massive personal set backs in my personal life that pulled me away from being able to get things synched up and moving for our affiliate program. I finally got to diving into the platform over the last 2 days and this is hands down the best affiliate site I've come across. The customer support has been incredible and the tutorials and walk throughs have been such a game changer as I'm learning and understanding the platform. So stoked to be using Snowball. Cheers guys.

Social Snowball is the best affiliate marketing app that we have used to date. With their automations and great onboarding our team has saved countless hours that are now used to source, onboard and activate more affiliates. Mals is invaluable: always available, quick to find solutions, and ready to go above and beyond for everyone. Zohaib and Noah jump in and you feel like they are an extension of your team.

Snowball is a fantastic idea and very user-friendly. You'll be up on your feet in no time, but if you do need assistance, the support staff is exceptional. Performance of the app will vary by business, but if it fits your model, give it a try for a while and see if you can make things snowball!

Social Snowball has been a game changer for us right from the start. It's been amazing for our small business, helping us really get our influencer marketing to where it needs to be—efficient and streamlined like never before. What blows me away is the support. Seriously, it doesn't get better than this. Quick, helpful answers anytime we hit a snag? Yes, please! It's made everything so much smoother and more fun. This tool is soooo easy to use and understand. When you have questions the support team is there to help! WELL worth the investment and they're constantly looking for ways to improve. By far one of the best shopify app experiences I've ever had. Thanks Snowball team!

We recently switched to Social Snowball for referrals and affiliates and have been really pleased with the service so far! We've had quite a few questions with set up but the customer support from Mals has always been excellent. Any issues we've had have been resolved very quickly :)

Easy set up and great onboarding with Max & Mals. We're happy to be able to move away from out-dated alternatives.
