We installed Social Snowball and could not be more pleased on offering an affiliate program now to our customers. It is a great way for us to get our most loyal customers rewarded for sharing how much they love our coffee and teas and also get their friends a discount when buying from us. The installation was super easy and getting us started took just a few minutes and we had the program set up. The app has the integrations we were hoping for with Klaviyo and also Postscript SMS Marketing and that fits perfectly with our marketing strategy. We had a few questions to customize it to our specific needs and the support team is super responsive (within minutes) and had all our questions answered in a simple chat immediately. We are so happy to have been able to add this new additional value for our customers in our online store!

Social Snowball is a very effective app to get new customers and buyers in the process. a very effective approach for referrals

The app appears to have some good things going for it. However there are some negatives that need resolving; first and foremost the emails that the app sends to new affiliates need to have an edit feature. Currently the wording is not editable and comes across a bit overbearing and pushy with crazy looking emojis which is not conducive to sites that cater to older and more professional clientele.

Noah was very helpful in setting us up with the affiliate program for latico. We are excited to get started and highly recommend using Snowball if you are on the fence!

Amazing app that I've used on multiple of my six-figure brands. There are a good handful of affiliate apps out there, but this one seems to have the best user interface and keeps everything simple and easy for me. Hated having to track every single sale individually, I love lean systems and Social Snowball allows that. Every single time they roll out a new feature, the app gets better and better.. Awesome founder and good customer support live chat too. So if you ever have a certain issue, their livechat helps unlike another company I used before this one... recommend for any sized ecom store. Free money!! Can't wait for their Klayvio integration

Absolutely an amazing app, turning every purchaser into an affiliate is great for so many reasons... You make extra money, your customers make money, your brand grows, and the people who've bought feel a stronger connection to your brand now that they are an affiliate. Definitely one of my favorite apps.

This app is going to be a game changer and I'm sure it already has been for a ton of stores. Giving your customers the ability to turn around and essentially be a part of your sales team all while earning a commission is genius. I've already made an extra $100 in sales. It's just bonus money on top of your sales. 100% recommended.
