Honestly, can’t recommend SparkLayer enough. We’ve used a few different wholesale apps over the years, and most of them were either a headache to set up or just felt really clunky for our customers and full of errors or constant mistakes. The onboarding experience here was excellent. The team was incredibly helpful and actually took the time to make sure we were good to go, it was so easy to get up and running compared to what we were used to. The features are also just way more polished than anything else we’ve tried. It feels like a premium experience rather than a "bolt-on" solution like most other apps. If you’re tired of fighting with other B2B plugins, honestly, just make the switch. It’s saved us so much time and our wholesale clients love it.

Perfect solution to have B2B prices, Paid on invoice possibility for our customers. Really nice customer service who installed the whole app and quickly responded on some other requests in whishes of me on front end.

Sparklayer is the best B2B app I've tried! I downloaded and went through the process of setting up and testing out several B2B wholesale apps, and Sparklayer had the best range of features for the price, hands down. I've taken wholesale orders using their platform now and it was seamless. I was initially worried about the subscription price, but depending on your wholesale volume, it's actually a huge savings over using something like Faire that can take a percentage of your order income. I also like that it lets me maintain control of everything on my own site. Cameron and the support team are amazingly helpful as well! They helped me with a setup call, integrating everything into my site, and even some extra help with coding to make sure everything was perfect. They definitely went above and beyond and are always quick to help!

After my initial 1-star review regarding theme update issues, the CEO (Chris Mattingly) personally reached out to resolve the situation. They have successfully adjusted their installation process for my store. They performed the setup on a staging theme without 'detaching' it from the Shopify Theme Store. I can confirm that my theme retains its official update path and I am currently 'Up to Date'. They also provided a full technical summary of the modified files. It’s rare to see this level of accountability. If you use themes that update frequently, I now recommend SparkLayer, as they have proven they can integrate while respecting Shopify’s native lifecycle.

This app adds immense value in managing customer catalogs and providing a unique b2b experience for our customers. New apps are always a challenge. Branding and settings can be confusing. Their onboarding process gets you up and running fast. Their customer support is the best I have seen in 30 years in this type of business. I highly recommend Sparklayer B2B. It makes my Shopify store fly.

We’ve had a great experience using SparkLayer for our B2B setup. The app integrates smoothly with Shopify and makes it very easy to offer dedicated trade pricing, custom logins, and a proper wholesale experience for our customers. What we really like is how flexible the platform is — we can control pricing, customer access, and create a clean B2B environment without overcomplicating the storefront. The interface is user-friendly, and the setup process was straightforward. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, SparkLayer has been a solid solution for turning our store into a professional trade portal. Highly recommended for any business looking to offer B2B functionality on Shopify.

SparkLayer has been a great fit for our store. The support team is fast, considerate, professional, and brings a bit of humour along the way too, which is always appreciated when you’re sorting tech. It's a strong wholesale platform backed by a support team that genuinely cares, plus the Sales Agent feature has been brilliant for our business because some of our customers still like to chat with us directly. It’s also been vital for making sure wholesale pricing, GST, and customer-specific details are correct.

Though we had a bit tricky constellation (retailer section with special discounts and shipping fees and also section for clubs to order free brochures) this app was the perfect solution for us. Especially with help from a very dedicated customer support (thanks again, Cameron!) we are now able to run our b2c shopify-shop finally also for b2b customers. Very glad it works!

This app has helped our business so much. Allowing us to efficiently handle Service Members & Dealers all in one. It's great that they allow you to set group specific shipping rules. The developers/support team are also incredible. It's real people for one & they take our requests or issues seriously. They have done several app improvements since we have been utilizing SparkLayer. Keep up the great work!

The SparkLayer team are incredibly helpful. They fixed an issue we were having promptly and also worked with us to refine how the app elements display on our site. I strongly recommend this B2B app, we've tested many of the B2B apps offered on Shopify Store and to be honest, nothing comes close! The support is amazing. Keep up the good work :-)

SparkLayer adds essential B2B features to Shopify without the high cost of the native B2B plan. The app is easy to use, the documentation is detailed and clear, and the support team is friendly, extremly fast, and very helpful. Definitely recommend it for everyone looking for B2B solutions!
