SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

Awesome support and exactly what I was looking for. Be aware that you might need some extra apps for minor extra features that you might need.

After thoroughly researching a multitude of wholesale B2B Shopify apps, I felt SparkLayer was the most professional, up to date option. This was not something I wanted to test out 3 or 4 different apps before choosing the best option. After comparing the options I could tell SparkLayer was probably our best option. Another major point of difference was that I was able to schedule a live demo with a real human and it was someone from the actual SparkLayer team, not some outsourced employee from a different country like another demo I had. It has definitely proven to fill all our needs without any issues or conflicts with other apps or feature of our store. The implementation went very smoothly and they installed the code changes in our theme for us in very short time. Even with US/UK time zone differences, support is always very prompt and timely. It also worked very well right out of the box, our first customer we invited to use it was placing orders on it immediately after we invited them, and had no issues logging in and using the SparkLayer interface without any guidance or assistance from us.

The single best Wholesale app we've ever used. It's FANTASTIC. I can't get over how simple, streamlined and easy it is to use. They set it up within 6 hours of downloading it, managed all the website integration which can be tricky sometimes. Had one small glitch occur and got a response in the live chat within 15 minutes saying what happened and that they'd fixed it. Superb App! I encourage you to download and use it, 10/10

Perfect for our B2B requirements but even more so, the level of responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge about how to setup and optimise our wholesale channel has been invaluable. Specific shout out to Alex Dixey who has helped us tremendously. I spent a lot of time looking at a lot of different solutions and Sparklayer has my absolute endorsement and recommendation.

I have been searching for an effective easy to use B2B App, most are complicated unless you have a good IT background. Came accross Sparklayer and been running for a few days and its great. Alex and his team reached out (I mean really reached out to assist setting up) Well done to them its worth $49 per month. Great Job guys !

I must highlight the outstanding customer service provided by SparkLayer! In 4-5 months of using the app, their support team has consistently exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

For our webshop we needed several B2B functions. SparkLayer offers these functions in 1 package, which is very convenient. SparkLayer also has great customer service, the team offers quick support with questions and customizations on our webshop. Definitely recommend SparkLayer for B2B webshops.

BEST APP EVER!! This B2B solution that integrates with Shopify is everything we needed and works extremely well. The Support team are excellent; truly knowledgeable, dedicated, very reachable, and above-all, they went over-and-above to help us fix issues before we went live! We have standard Shopify store which integrates with our SAGE300 ERP system and are now able to service all of our B2B customers. I am truly impressed with the APP and even more so with the Support! Fantastic addition to our website to allow B2B ordering. I am able to offer different trade discount rates to each customers very simply. It integrated very easily with Shopify and is a very to use. They’re always willing to listen to our feedback and put our ideas on their future roadmap. I would highly recommend SparkLayer if you need a B2B solution, and is a fraction of the cost of Shopify Plus and does so much more.

Great app, does everything that we need it to and they are always developing new features. Customer service is also excellent.

Having struggled with various b2b solutions, apps, hacks and various manual processes - sparklayer has saved me countless hours of admin and work, while hugely improving the experience for my b2b clients. Can not recommend more highly - and then you get the world-class support to boot! If you are looking for a B2B solution - look no further! What's more, a year later and support is as responsive and new features are rolling out all the time.

The best app I've worked with. They did a walk through the app, suggested ways to best use the app and helped with coding to customize my site.

Works - automated support was frustrating (endless loop of same resolution over and over). the fix to issue was not documented but once identified easy to fix.

Considering going Shopify Enterprise plan just to get the wholesale features?? This is the only wholesale app that does it all - i've tried them all. Costumer service is also by far the best for any of our 25 apps installed to our store. Fast, friendly and problem solving attitude. Love it.
