The app is very useful if you are looking to make a b2b online store. The employes are also really helpful, either if you want to chat with them for help, or if you need them to help you by giving access to your website.

With this app we have been able to set up the online shop we need! Very simple to use but has a lot of powerful functionalities. The SparkLayer team has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process aiding with the installation process and also, with any issues we have had. Over all, a fantastic app to have!

Great app but also great customer service. We are a B2C shop that needed to transition to B2B and Sparklayer was the best way to do so. The app itself is super straight forward and efficient. Chris and his team have been super reactive every time we needed anything. Would recommend 100% ! Great job guys

Amazing solution for adding wholesale capabilities to a regular Shopify account! It does take some effort to get set up, but their process is streamlined and support is excellent. Far beyond other apps we vetted. My ONLY wish is that we had access to process orders as sales reps from the beginning with the starting plan. Some of the settings for shipping charges could be more dynamic but I'm sure they are working on that, as they seem quite proactive in their product support. All in all an excellent, cohesive solution for adding wholesale functionality without needing a separate website. Definitely worth the effort to set up because of extra features being built in, like tiered pricing by customer category, integrated signup page, and a lot more. Highly recommend!

Incredible support from the team at SparkLayer and a great product. If you're looking for a B2B solution, don't waste your time trying the other solutions. I went through that and SparkLayer is clearly the best. The other solutions require work arounds and hacks, SparkLayer works as a (mostly) independent system. It includes all the features you should need. Other apps make you buy add-on apps to do simple things like having a B2B order form. The team at SparkLayer did all the installation steps for me. When I ran into challenges with my set up, or trying to do something out of the ordinary, they jumped in and helped me out. They even spotted mistakes that another app had made and showed me how to fix those as well. The support from SparkLayer has been the best I have EVER experienced for software.

Thanks to this app I was able to add specific B2B features to my shop. I finally found a tool that allows sales representatives to place orders. I had installed others before, but this is the only one that works smoothly, without any error. Support is quick and efficient. Very recommended!

Great, fast and kind support!! Chris was a great help when we got stuck during the process and he also provided helpful advice and solutions while customizing the app for our needs. For non-IT-experts, the app is surprisingly easy to handle and if not, well, the support is really good! We recommend this app and are looking forward to present this solution to our customers!

Great experience! The app does everything it says and more. There are so many ways to personalize our store via code changes that it feels custom-made - but for a very affordable price. We operate as a multi-language store selling to both B2C and B2B customers, and this app is a game-changer! On top of it, their customer service is above and beyond. They also provide a monthly update with bug fixes and new features. Truly a must-have in the B2B game. The only thing I would improve are added features so that we don't have to use other apps to manage B2B-specific shipping rates and B2B customers sign-up forms with approval. Thanks for everything!!

Absolutely love this app. It allowed me to bring a whole new avenue of revenue into the website by allowing retail stores to purchase through us with this B2B wholesale setup. I have an independent rep who sets up the stores and then the retail locations can access any info they need from the site, or just purchase in bulk at wholesale. The whole process was pretty easy with just a few learning curves. Any issues or learning processes were clearly explained and the customer service, Rhys and Chris, were exceptional throughout the setup and beyond. They even helped with a little customization without any hesitation. Thanks.

A great solution for B2B/Wholesale Shopify Stores. SparkLayer is a great interface that enables a lot of functionality that makes B2B selling a better experience. Took a bit of time to get it set up completely but the SparkLayer team was always available to answer any questions/roadblocks that I faced. Overall, I would recommend this if you are considering optimising your B2B store experience

We are very happy with our experience with this app! We aren't the largest business out there, but we are growing rapidly, and this was the best solution and easiest for us to use to provide our customers tiered pricing options! The support is also outstanding! They have answered and helped us through any and all questions/concerns. We are very particular with what we use, but would definitely recommend this app for others!

This was, without a doubt, the best app-expierence we have ever had!! With SparkLayer you build a B2B platform in just a few hours and his has everything you could possibly want, fully integrated with your Shopify B2C shop, your inventory, etc. Even more impressive then the app itself, is their customer service. Really unseen! Fast, super friendly, helpful and skilled. It feels like you engaged a specialised company with a dedicated staffmember. Companies like this make it fun to build a business!!!
