The app is sooooo complicated. You have to upload pricing via a CSV file. Customer support only available mon-friday. I do not recommend!

The best option if you don't want to buy shopify plus. Very good help and a very good ai help robot. Thank you so much for this app!

Great application , probably the best out there right now. The problem is with their costumer service and support , very disrespectful , logging out in the middle of the conversation you had with them , replying after 4 days , some of my tickets were never replied and my problems have yet to be fixed - not the best experience .

Great features to have, customer services are excellent! When I have any issues, I just left them a message, then found it's solved the second day. Wonderful people and wonderful tech.

It took me a while to decide which B2B wholesale app to select but I'm so glad I picked this one! The app is very well made and the service is incredible, you feel like you have your own IT team behind you! If you're looking to build a solid B2B portal, this is the app you need !!

Before finding SparkLayer, I went through almost all the other apps with B2B solutions, but they were either lacking features or the backend was too complicated. I am glad to have discovered this app because not only does it cover all the features we need for our store, it also has a great backend for setup and settings. To top it off, the customer service is top-notch as they helped me out very quickly several times during the setup process. I am happy to make a recommendation – thanks to the whole team, from devs to support staff! Edit: I almost forgot about the extensive help guide library, which is unlike anything I've seen on a Shopify app before. And if you can't figure out how to do something despite this, there's always support waiting to help you. But I'm repeating myself... In a nutshell: This app is amazing. :)

This app helped me scale my website to a more professional product that caters to business clients. The customer support was responsive, informative and incredibly helpful. They showed me additional features that I didn't realize I could do with Sparklayer. 5 stars all around.

While we have concentrated on DTC for the past 2 years, we are now reaching a point where we need B2B to grow further. Without the budget for Shopify Plus to create a completely separate store, we found Sparklayer, that offers pretty much 100% of features that you will ever need for wholesale. CSV-import to create orders, custom shipping and payment options, tiered pricing and pack sizes and so on. While there are still plenty of features that I would love to see in the future, with the speed of development, I am sure I won't have to wait long

The app is very useful if you are looking to make a b2b online store. The employes are also really helpful, either if you want to chat with them for help, or if you need them to help you by giving access to your website.

With this app we have been able to set up the online shop we need! Very simple to use but has a lot of powerful functionalities. Great app but also great customer service. We are a B2C shop that needed to transition to B2B and Sparklayer was the best way to do so. The app itself is super straight forward and efficient. Amazing solution for adding wholesale capabilities to a regular Shopify account! It does take some effort to get set up, but their process is streamlined and support is excellent. Far beyond other apps we vetted. My ONLY wish is that we had access to process orders as sales reps from the beginning with the starting plan. Some of the settings for shipping charges could be more dynamic but I'm sure they are working on that, as they seem quite proactive in their product support. All in all an excellent, cohesive solution for adding wholesale functionality without needing a separate website. Definitely worth the effort to set up because of extra features being built in, like tiered pricing by customer category, integrated signup page, and a lot more. Highly recommend!

Incredible support from the team at SparkLayer and a great product. If you're looking for a B2B solution, don't waste your time trying the other solutions. I went through that and SparkLayer is clearly the best. The other solutions require work arounds and hacks, SparkLayer works as a (mostly) independent system. It includes all the features you should need. Other apps make you buy add-on apps to do simple things like having a B2B order form. The team at SparkLayer did all the installation steps for me. When I ran into challenges with my set up, or trying to do something out of the ordinary, they jumped in and helped me out. They even spotted mistakes that another app had made and showed me how to fix those as well. The support from SparkLayer has been the best I have EVER experienced for software.

Thanks to this app I was able to add specific B2B features to my shop. I finally found a tool that allows sales representatives to place orders. I had installed others before, but this is the only one that works smoothly, without any error. Support is quick and efficient. Very recommended!
