We've been able to run successful promotions and customize them to our branding with Ultimate Special Offers. So far, we've used the platform for gift with purchase, but are looking to test out other capabilities soon. When we ran into technical glitches, their customer service was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Run Fast! I wasted my time learning and testing the app before I realized this! What is Shopify doing allowing an app to charge me $499 a MONTH in fees on a per transaction basis before they become unlimited? That is $6000 a year! I might see the value if your app is directly responsible for the sale, as is the case with a portion of the online sales. Unfortunately, many of those sales are attributed to the my marketing. We can get into how many companies have their hand in a new business owner's pocket by the time you take your cut for the final accounting, but my store isn't a startup that is adding a sale at a time. We are coming into this app selling 6,000 items a year on discount. The major issue is having the same pricing structure with Shopify POS. My store design and staff are converting the sale. Your software is just doing the accounting in this case.

Our pricing model allows merchants to pay according to the value they’re getting from the app. Only orders processed with a discount from the app will be charged a transaction fee. $499 is the max we would ever charge you (and it rarely happens.) If you don’t receive any orders, you don’t pay. Many of our competitors do this as well; it’s fairly standard to charge a fee based on how much you use the app.

We received great customer service and the applications have worked great. Would recommend pixel union products to anyone. The team has gone out of their way to ensure we are satisfied. 10 points!

This app has so many featured that it replaced the need to have multiple discount type apps at my store. That's not even mentioning the superb customer support they have provided. 5 stars all around.

we use this app to provide a discount when customers buy items in sets of 2. It's easy to navigate, works great for our shop and Pixel Union always provides fantastic support!

Had an issue with Ultimate Special offer deals not loading fast on desktop, and not at all on mobile. Jack and his team assisted in making some tweaks to our theme (the team has made a duplicate of your current live theme named '[Orbit] Copy of Main Warehouse Theme'. On this theme, they have hidden the AJAX cart 'checkout' button and the product pricing. This will allow you to continue to use the AJAX mini cart if you prefer). This is going to save me a lot of time. Thank you for going out of your way.

When first installed and you try to use some offers, there may be some bugs depending on your theme. However, the Pixel Union team was able to respond and address my inquiries within 24 hours. Thanks!

This app has been fantastic for us. We tried it out through the holiday season and saw a nice jump in sales by being able to provide quickly customizable bundle offers. The Dev team was fantastic in helping sort out a few code tweaks as well!

I've been really impressed with how versatile this app has been. There are many supported promo types. When we ran into a problem, their support was very helpful and jumped on the issue quickly.

this app basically fulfilled most of your needs on marketing, the price is really reasonable, most importantly, the support team is superb, clear explanation even with a dedicated video screen-recording tutorial.

Very, very useful sales and bundler app, you can really achieve a lot with the shopify built in discounts and this app. The support team are very responsive and resolved our issue.

Thanks for all the support guys, the app is integrated seamlessly and looks really great An manually sync to catalogue button would be nice as this doesn't always pick up new products but the offers work well and they are easy to make

I've been using this app a couple of weeks and already have over 30 upsells from it. It works, I've used others that work too but the bang for the buck and professional look and feel makes it better. Easy to use and well. And support is pretty good too. 5 stars
