Great support service! Even when the app does not have some specific features we would like to have (such as the option to give to the customer only one gift at a time when you want to have different gifts available to choose at the same time), the support has always been very kind with us and solved any issue or personalization request.

During the process of building a site for a Fortune 500 company, we studied 30+ apps related to promotion campaign management. Our ideal app should support the following patterns of promotion campaign. (1) buy A with discount type. (2) buy A and B with discount type. (3) buy quantity A with discount type. (4) buy A over amount with discount type. (5) buy A, get C with discount type. (6) buy A, get C with discount type in next purchase. Ultimate Special Offers came out at the top of the list for several reasons. (a) User interface compatible in style with Shopify native user interface. (b) Able to support most of our target campaign management patterns. (c) Speedy support from the team led by Rob. The support team helped to identify incompatibility with another app and rectify the situation to allow us to proceed with the testing of USO. All in all, it has been a pleasant experience working with the USO team.

It's almost perfect - the upsell/cross-sell bits are great. The gift with purchase could be so much better though - it's very slow to load on the basket page and would be even better if it could be automatically added to the basket. I did speak to their support team about this and was given a generic response about improving site speed using tools like Google Page Speed.

Customer Support is excellent. I had a few issues setting everything up but they replied quickly and with screenshots to show me exactly what to do to get the offers working how I wanted. Any bugs found were sent to a developer and fixed as well. Amazing service. App interface is easy to use and customizeable. I currently use a bundle offer with a gift (shown to help advertise XX amount till you get free shipping).

Had some issues that took a bit of time to resolve (conflicts with certain functionality between the app and our store) - otherwise I would have rated this 5 Stars. James, Patrick and Kay were very patient and helpful. The issues were resolved and the app functions as intended.

We have been using Ultimate Special Offers for a while now. We had a few issues to start with as the Theme needed some updates for the App to work perfectly. Although, we had a tricky start the support from the USO team (particularly Patrick) was absolutely brilliant that something we couldn't fault, hence a 5 Star rating for this App. App gives a lots of flexibility with the kind of products we have on offer. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best deals app around, I've tried a number of them and nobody has near as many options for the types of deals ie discounts, gifts, upsells, cross sells, bogos. I also like how they include banners above the collections and/or products that have deals running. It's a shame shopify a dedicated ecom platform doesn't support the most basic ecom functionality of running a sale but fortunately we have ultimate special offers. Most recently I reached out to them with a fairly complicated requet and they were more than happy to accomodate. WOuld highly recommend this app!

The app is great but the customer support is even better. We had an issue and they were quick to reply and fixed it for us. They also explained what was causing it. I'd definitely recommend using this app.

This app is very inconsistent and has lots of loopholes that allows customers to receive a much deeper discount than intended, in some instances customers were able to receive 100% discount. In other instances, customer will not receive any discounts at all leading to countless abandoned carts and which results in thousands of dollars in wasted marketing expense because of the advertised incentives are not delivered The support team suggested for us to disable all of the checkout shortcuts and despite following all their instructions, we're still having all sorts of Inconsistent results. This is been going on since 2018. It's time to move on and find a reliable solution that actually works.
