Customer Service (James this time) is really quick and helpful. The app is easy to use and we can find a solution to any challenge that might arise. Only downside is using a Shopify Code and USO at the same time.

The App works great and I enjoy the features and ability to offer many discounts at once, and the support is amazing, but for me it ends up costing ALOT as you pay $1 every time someone takes up an offer. Can't find another app which does all of these offers are once though, but I'm just not sure paying hundreds of dollars a month is worth it?

We've been using this Ultimate Special Offers for some years now and have not encountered any problems yet. It is perfect for providing special offers to your customers and truly helps deliver more revenue for your store. Moreover, their support team is great and very responsive! Highly recommend. I've had this installed for a couple of years and it works great. If I have any problems, the support team gets back to me instantly and fixes the issue ASAP. This reassurance alone is worth the cost.

Pixel Union has always had great support for their apps. The special offers functionality has created entirely new unique revenue possibilities for us due to Shopify's extremely limited discounting options. We've used Special Offers for 3 or 4 years now and never ran into major issues. There are a few nuances to the way we utilize the offers, but have always found ways to work around them. I would recommend both this app and the PU team.

I love this app! It's really easy to install and navigate - even for the regular user like me. Using the cross sell option I had a conversion rate of 88%! Also a post sale offer of around 11%. It looks professional on my site, I can change the colours to match my theme. It's so easy to go in and change offers on a regular basis. Thank you USO!

Amazing support! I'm using the app for their multiple gifts to choose from and my theme was having an issue...they fixed the issue before my developer even responded. Now that it is fixed, working seamlessly.

We used this app to upsell accessories and also to incentivize customers to purchase extra products at a discount. The conversion and sales have been phenomenal since we started using this app. We didn't have anything like this before so we were definitely missing out on sales.
