Doesn't work. Never got an answer. No help at all. Shows at random products in different languages on different websites...

Discounts did not triggered, customers still check out, allowing us to know about this issue. Imaging those who abandoned their carts without letting us know. Support put it to poor internet connection and user clicking back and forth during checkout which caused this issue. The fact that the order confirmation email was shown the discount descriptions but checkout amount did not deduct shows very clearly an issue with the discount app triggering. In the end, a very standard reply to us to get out of this situation. "Our development team is aware of this and we will be looking into a fix for it ASAP. However, I don't have an ETA right now unfortunately" We silently accepted the above reply until last week, we gotten 2 more big orders without discount triggered. This is totally not acceptable for any e-commerce business, big or small.

Refund amount is always wrong when doing partial (Out of stock) refund back to customer. USO Support replied that they have no control over with how discounts must work on the order. Citing it a Shopify platform limitation.

Love how many different discount combos you can get with this great discount app. James is super helpful and quick to respond, and helped me sort out any issues I have, like using the discount with multiple currencies. He also added an additional promo code box in my code, so customers can use the discount with another voucher from my loyalty program. Highly recommend!

This app works great for what we need. It allows us to apply multiple discounts as well as different kinds of discounts. The support team is always quick to answer and help us figure out any issues.

One of the best app for discounts . It is very verstile.very easy to use. and best part is it does not look clumpsy on any theme. It is very clean and professional looking. Very good support as well. I used their themes and apps and I have no complains whatsoever. I dont think there is any other app that is better than the ultimate special offers app and i have tried many. this is by far the best one

The app is good, the only issue is we have not been able to oppen the app, it is very hard, it send an error that reads as follows: saso-www.herokuapp.com closed the connection unexpectedly. As told, the app is good, but we have not been able to use it for the last week or so, sent an email to support got no answear...

This is a great app - I find the notifications to users about the offers work particularly well, which is something not offered by Shopify Automatic Discounts. Support were really helpful too and answered my queries very quickly.

This app is truly a cornerstone of the two online stores I have. I've been using it on the first store for a number of years now, before it was a Pixel Union product, and recently added it to my second store. I can confidently say that it's on my top 3 favorite apps list. Not only do I use it to run complex sale campaigns with bundle and upsell offers, but I also use it to manage wholesale orders with tiered pricing only available to tagged customers. The way it integrates with the store's style is very nicely done. It's been relatively easy to customize where widgets and notifications are shown, even for someone with little coding background. When I've need help, the folks at Pixel Union always respond promptly and thoroughly. They helped me sort through app conflict issues a number of times, even when their app isn't the one causing the problems. Both the app and the people at Pixel Union have earned this 5-star rating.

This app is easy to use and install. It has generated a good amount of sales on our site and we're able to offer many different type of discount. The team is also great at responding & fixing any issues you run into if you update to a new theme. Loving the app so far & price is good.

I use this app to add volume discounts, spend $X get Y or buy X get Y. The volume discounts work flawlessly and are very easy to set up. The other discount types didn't work perfectly for us out of the box, but the support has been great to work with. It would be nice if we could rearrange the discount hierarchy so we could determine which discounts fired before others. As it stands the volume discounts override all others, and require us to turn them off if we want to run temporary promotions.

This app seems to have gotten worse and worse over time. I use it for this website as well as other sites and sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. For example, right now it won't save any discounts we add. This has happened in the past. Have contacted support multiple times, and it takes days and days to hear back. Currently looking for another app for all our sites.

This is a powerful app for promotions. I can largely recommend it and customer service is excellent. I would love a free gift with purchase function. Also, reporting could be improved as my store coupons used in conjunction with this app will be overwritten and I am loosing my coupon insights. The minor bugs that prop up when updating a theme, are being fixed quickly by the helpful support team.

I use this app for special discounts for my products. I am able to offer, for example, a 20% discount on treats and a 25% discount on my soaps and the customer can check out with both offers showing. They also have a announcement bar that let's you tell the customer benefits of your product or remind them again of the awesome discount offers. Very happy with app.

This App is quite god. It's managed to cover ever need I've required in terms of offers and if you speak to their crew they are SUPER helpful, videos and screenshots to walk you through whatever confusion or specific thing you are trying to accomplish. The App itself is pretty straight forward and they have simplified 8 of the main sales offers for easy to use shortcuts.
