The app, in conjunction with other front end apps, helped us accomplish some nice logic for discounting products across our site. The backend is easy to use and set up, and Pixel Union's support was always prompt and helpful. I'd check it out - you have nothing to lose.

We've used this app off and on for nearly three years now when we run specialized promotions. Anytime we have needed help, the support team has been very responsive. Of course, there are kinks depending on the website theme and how the site developer coded certain aspects, so sometimes I have to work with our theme developer instead of the USO app staff. But, overall, we are totally satisfied with Ultimate Special Offers and appreciate the ease in which they make in adding a variety of promos.

Love this app! It has helped generate a ton of sales and revenue for us as it reduces the extra work of customers manually entering a discount code at checkout. Now the codes are automatic! Great customer service too.

Hands down the best discount app out there, been using this app for several years and it’s made me bank! Paige at customer service has also been very helpful helping me get their app working with Zipify, thumbs up

Love this app. James, Patrick and the rest of the team were very helpful and fast with fixing and addressing any issues. I really like this app for my upsells and it's affordable! You can create special links to offer different upsells which is super cool. Keep up the great work!

I cant save the app setting I am getting an error... customizations must be a `object` type, but the final value was: `null`. If "null" is intended as an empty value be sure to mark the schema as `.nullable()`

I love this app most of the time. It works most of the time. But those 10% of times it doesn't it costs us money every day. We have an any 5 for £10 off on our website, most of the time it works perfectly. But the 10% of the time it'll not apply the discounts, meaning we have customers compain that the discounts aren't working and refund them X amount. As it doesn't work all the time we're also losing a lot of sales due to abandon carts. I'd happily pay $200 a month for an app like this to work 100% of the time. Another issue with it is it doesn't work with abandon checkouts. It sends them an email and takes them to the checkout page where the discounts don't apply. I understand if they have to be taken to the cart page to apply discounts - how about implementing your own abandon cart system which would take them to the cart page? TLDR: Love this app when it works but unfortunately doesn't always work.

Simply the best app I've come across to run a variety of discounts and offers on my Shopify site. The interface is intuitive (recently updated) and their support team has always promptly solved any issues and answered all my questions. You can install this one without thinking twice!

I have tried many apps. This is the one that works better. There is some functionalities I would appreciate it has, like compatibility with drawer cart. But everything it promises works perfect

This app is great! We have had instant success and are achieving a massive conversion rate from the app. The team have been super helpful and fast to respond to any questions I have had. The app was really easy to install and configure the look and feel. Best app in it's class

This app has successfully helped us replace a scripted offer we previously had running. We cannot use scripts anymore and thankfully was able to recreate the offer with little hassle due to this app! Customer service is also outstanding and are always happy to help!

This app has helped us to create a gift with purchase promo and we like the fact that we can combine it with Shopify promo code if we decide to run 2 promos at the same time.

Great app if you are looking to offer bundle, promotional or stack discounts. The support team is also fast and responsive.

Very satisfied. They helped us customize the local language and the UI. It would be even better if there's price tier based on the features we want to use and we can select what to use because we are interested in only one type of promotion and not using the others at all.

Made 10k after 1 week on this app... even before we had to pay for it. Great support too. Highly recommended to extend Shopify discounts.

First off, the fact that we even need to install all these stupid "apps" to do what Shopify should do "out of the box" is beyond me. It is the single most frustrating and enraging part of dealing with our online commerce work today. That being said. We were hoping this App would do what we needed. Which is to provide a "Buy X, Get Y" type of option. It did provide some of that functionality. However, the App will sporadically not work--some people get the discount correctly. Others, seemingly random, will not get the discount at all. This causes us to have to manually adjust the cart & perform a refund for those customers that do complete the purchase--many will just abandon their carts. Also, when doing a "Buy X, Get Y" at a discount or free, the customer can put items into the cart to qualify for the discount. Then, removing qualifying items from the cart DOES NOT remove the bonus or free items. This is a flaw that needs to be corrected as well. Until these issues are fixed, we will not use, and cannot recommend, this App.

FANTASTIC app! This app does the work of many other apps combined without the restrictions of the other apps I was using! PLUS the support has been INCREDIBLE with awesome help! WE LOVE THIS APP! Download it, you won't regret it!
