The issue has now been resolved and back working as it should so a thank you for that. Been using for a while now with no issues at all. HOWEVER ITS STOPPED WORKING AND LOSING US ££££££££££ EVERYDAY. DISCOUNTS APPEAR IN THE CART BUT AT CHECKOUT NOW VANISH. WE ARE LOSING OUR REGULER CUSTOMERS IN DROVES AS THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE PROCES THAT ARE ADVERTSED AND WHAT THEY ARE USED TO. I HAVE EMAILED AND STILL NOT FIXED GIVING ANOTHER 12HRS THEN WILL BE LOOKING AT OTHER OPTIONS. Shame really as worked well but when it doesn't work its loses you a lot of orders.

Horrible support, they package their own jquery which screws up the rest of the site, unresponsive on email, massively frustrating. Used to be great until Pixel Union bought this app and it's down hill from there.

Best app ever! So easy to use and it has so many capabilities, I have been using it for about 3 months and love it. Basically you have like 5 apps in just one! The customer service is also amazing, I needed to get some customization done and they did it right away. It works awesome as I needed special discounts for specific customers groups and I can also have special offers through the store and promotions like "buy X get X". The only thing to be aware is that because it generates internal 'discount codes' you can not use it together with your shopify discounts codes. But this is not an app thing is just shopify does not allow you to use more than one coupon at a time.

Not only this app killer, it gives so much more flexibility to run promotions, the customer service is amazing! Highly recommend!

I have used this app to create bundle deals on my retail website and it has been working great. Lots of options and the customer service is really good and fast when you need help!

this app does not work well at all. I'm big on other customer reviews so I hope you all really believe me when I say that if you have any issues which this app you will not receive any help from them! its not the fact that they respond late, they never respond at all! the app does not work well and if you disable the app, it still glitches and still allows the dicounts to show up on your site!

Great app! Was easy to install and settings were flexible to our needs. Using this primarily for a spend/get promotion and upsell/cross sell pop up. Looking forward to exploring the "sign up for access" settings as well.

Excellent customer service: we ran into 2 issues recently and got a ton of support from the Ultimate Special Offers team. This is a solid solution for applying automatic discounts: it's saving us a lot of time!

Excellent customer service when we ran into an issue with discounts being transferred to Paypal when customers chose that option to check out. Highly recommend!

Have used this app for 1+ year to run a wide range of promotions. The updated Shopify Admin UI is excellent and makes it even easier to set up and manage multiple promotions. Additionally, excellent help from their support team whenever we've run into questions. Highly recommended.

My app hasn't worked for 2 days already and hadn't heard back from their support service. Disappointing to have this issue during the busiest time of the year. We've had to refund customers since the app has failed multiple times.

this app has always been great for us however today on a big sale day none of our discounts for our POS worked and we had to manually override every product. Really frustrating! it worked for two weeks and then today we have no idea why its not working - there are no dates and all are enabled with show in POS ticked

I use Ultimate Special offers on constant basis for free products with purchase. In addition, it is used for occasional sales. Works great every time. I like the scheduling option the most. They also have great customer service and if any issues come up, they are resolved in a timely fashion. I highly recommend the app!

The app worked great, easy setup, until it failed and stopped supplying our sitewide discount during black friday. We didn't touch anything, it just suddenly stopped working during the busiest day of the year.
