This is the best looking upsell / bundle app out there. Fully customizable, clean and simple design and doesn't look like it was built for a site in 2001. I tried Bold Apps, Upsell Hero, InCart, Boost Sales and this app (formerly Buy X) and this one was by far the winner as far as versatility and look. I do use an ajax drawer cart, which was a challange because this app (and others) require the user to go to the shopping cart PAGE for the discounts to generate... however, when i discussed the problem with the Ultimate S.O. team, they willingly went into my theme and made the ajax edits (which were over my head) to get it working, for free! Super kind of them and am loving the results.

I'm not usually one to write reviews and have a lot of apps in my store but this one has really impressed me. 1) Integration: It worked out the box, no coding or special integration was needed for my theme which is a great start. 2) Campaign Options: The options are great and should cover most people's sale campaign needs from straight discounts with $ or %, BOGO, quantity breaks and more. Implementing them is pretty straight forward and quick to action; a few clicks and essentially you're ready to roll 3) Sales Process: There are little things that have done that keep the user informed of the discount they have received or pops and comments in the cart to encourage your customer to action the specific promotion and simply buy more. 4) Pricing: Some may look at it and think it's a little pricey but even for smaller sized stores the break even point on the monthly subscription should be pretty easy to get to. You only need it to generate a few extra sales / upsells and it pays for itself. USO is the only discounting app we use, and it allows us to run more complex discounts than we can natively in Shopify. We recently upgraded our theme, and we've needed help with a couple of things. The USO team has been immediately available on live chat within the app both times, and they've quickly made the edits to our theme needed to make things work. I really appreciate their partnership!

Excellent app offering a number of different sales techniques, that instantly boosted my sales conversions. There were some issues in the beginning, as this is a powerful app, just hang on in there whilst the support team fix any problems. I found the support excellent in providing a fast reply (I consider fast under 48hrs) and performing tweaks to make the app fit my theme. Highly recommended.

THTC Clothing has been a client of Supple's Shopify apps for coming up to 3 years. Seeing the evolution of 'Buy X' to Ultimate special offers is amazing. User problems seem to get put into a methodical development timeline and addressed in a very timely manner. Really impressed by all the new features now available - and the fact you can run special offers AND exempt discount codes, without having to mess around with the theme, is just amazing. Customer service is exemplary - Marius is great and to-the-point. The Supple Apps team is - in our opinion - one of the best app development teams, that can be afforded by small and medium-sized businesses. Can't recommend this app enough to anyone looking for a swiss army knife discount app. Worth every penny.

Great app. I just upgraded from the Buy x Get y app that these guys also make and am loving the simplicity of this app and that it just works. Plus I'm excited about all the new options for running special offers. Great customer service and great app. Very happy.

Great app that easily lets us run linked sales. Solved a lot of issues that we could not achieve with standard Shopify.
