This app works well for us. If you're a big analytics nut, be sure to set up with their recommended companion apps so that Google tracking and Analytics within Shopify report promo sales properly. Otherwise, the draft order flow will skew your data pretty drastically. All-in-all a great stop gap on our way to Shopify Plus.

It's a decent app does what it says, but it has problems Buy X Get Y ...works but is also broken. When I add two products to my cart and it is B1G1 Free if you back out of the cart change the quantity to 1 and then go to check out it keeps the coupon and takes the total off one product and gives a free order... I spent way too long canceling FREE orders because of this. ugh.

** HAVING ISSUES WITH BFCM and no one is around to help! App is not working correctly on the busiest days of the year. loosing sales fast. highly frustrated! I do love this app and have had it for several months now. While it is a great app, it does have its problems. The app creates bundles and helps with up sells, which is always a plus, but the issues lie with coding, and unless you are an expert it can be hard to maneuver. If you use bundling or Buy X and Get Y settings, you loose money because it takes the discounts from the highest cost product, not the lowest. The Free Gifts are slow to pop up causing the customer to become irritated and abandon cart. While customer service is helpful the problems have not been resolved as of yet. I have been told it is a work and progress and they are aware, but no eta. For the money I am paying for the app, these should not be an issue. Meanwhile I will continue to loose profit and customers. Looking for a new app to replace this one now. Will see which one happens first, the fix or new app.

I am really impressed with the customer support at USO. This was the best app that I couldn't find for my needs and they went above and beyond what I expected.The communication has been exceptional.

This is a wonderful app, along with top notch support! I had some theme issues with the Buy One Get One Free box. However, one simple email to the support team and the issue was fixed for me within a few hours. Great for discount codes! The app auto-populates the discount box for each customer. So easy! Excellent.

Awesome app! It's a bit tricky to set up but their support team was super helpful and responded to my email within a few hours. We had some syncing issues but as soon as we got in touch, they were able to resolve the issue and we were back in business. I would honestly install other apps by them almost just for the support alone - they were helpful, understanding, and quick to solve any issues I had. One of the most pleasant experiences I've had with an app team!

I like the app but the layout is not professional and $20 is way too much, Other apps that have much better services and convert more charge way less

The app is easy to use but custumer service is really bad! 2 emails and no response and people complaining because it is not working the offer. [EDIT] Costumer Service reviewed the issue very efficiently. Thank you

The program is good, but the biggest issue we have is that none of the promos apply to a recovered cart. Apparently Shopify does not allow access to recovered carts and USO can't manipulate them.

A good and functional app, but lacking some functionality when you have wholesale and retail stores with one catalogue. Overall good experience and fairly affordable.

Great App! I love it! Very user friendly, easy to use, customers get awesome deals, everyone is happy! :) . Another PLUS! Sent them an email on thanksgiving and they gladly helped me to resolve my issue within little time! Thank you guys! You're the best Discount APP there is

Had some troubles with other apps that had technical issues (i.e. deal I set was different from the deal displayed on my store). Have found this app very helpful! Great functionality and deal options. Would recommend

We used the USO app for a single sale (Buy 3, Pay 2) and the app worked perfectly! Easy to use and if you are familiar with little coding, it's also easy to edit the style and translation of the app. We were on free trail so we don't use the app anymore, but if we ever do another sale option but just discounts, we will definitely come backt to USO again! I really enjoyed working with the app, because it just did what we wanted it do do - and it has many more options!

Deleted 3 Apps from another developer and installed this ONE. This app is amazing and very easy to set up. Don't waste time and money on others... also, the pixel union customer service is first rate. There was a design issue when I updated my theme and they fixed it quickly.

I love how easy to use this app is! I tried another discount app and it was way more complicated. I'm not a techie girl so any app that works easily and gets the job done is a dream! I've seen a big increase in conversions since adding USO to my website. Also, the support team is awesome and gets back to you right away! Chikahisa Studio

Needed it for BUY X, GEY Y AT 50% OFF First the good: 1. It is very easy to install & use. No coding required. 2. No need to create a "hidden" duplicate collection (the discounted products that will be offered)- that can be a very tedious task if you had to make one. With this, you simply choose the products you want to offer, then set the discount rate. The bad: 1. The pop-up (offered discounted products) had a very poor design/lay-out. Looked very cheap. 2. Only 8 products can be included in the pop-up. I had much more products to offer so this app was not useful. 3. Customer service: 12-24 hour response which is a bit on the slow side if you are running a live site and need help asap. I used Discounted Upsells by Booster Apps instead. It has it's own faults, but better than this one.
