Terrible customer service. Will not respond to messages. The one time they responded, they asked for access to my store, which I gave them, but they have yet to do anything. They did not even accept the permission notification that I sent. Not happy at all with the service.

Great App, Kay from customer service was fantastic in helping sort out an issue we were having on the cart page.

Brilliant app. I use a lot of bulk buy discounts in my store eg 3 for £10, 4 for £10 etc. I needed my customers to be able to pay with reward points and still keep the discounts. This app does the trick. I had a problem where the subtotal would not update in the cart page, reached out to the support team and it was sorted for me within 24 hours. Excellent app and support.

Kay is exceptional, prompt response and extremely helpful. She even record the video to show me how the technical issue has been fixed. Impressive service.

Had few questions regarding application customization, received an absolutely amazing customer service from Alex.

A-mazing, I was stunned with a smashing response from these guys. I asked if it was possible to modify my pop ups and text, and rather than send me to some help page, they actually offered to do it for me right away. As a result I have a better performing offers and pop ups, my team and customers are much happier with the whole set up. Fabulous, they are probably stuck with this customer for life now , thank you to the guys in app support, you put Amazon to shame!

Great app to bolster your discounts on Shopify. The customer support for a free app is also very helpful, prompt and effective.

The app is good , although it can be better . As an example , setting 2 promotion on a product is quite confusing , example setting discount like Buy 1 Free 1 & Buy 2 Free 3 , you can't set the discount with the same method or it will not work . The customer support is very helpful and fast. A big Thumb-Up for their Customer Support Kay that provide fast and helpful support.

While the app is not perfect, i do get a very good response from customer service who have been attentive in reply to me and addressing areas of concern. This way, you feel as you get the support required to continue trading. Thank you.

This app has helped us immensely in terms of extra revenue, by allowing us to bundle our products and apply discounts to the bundles. The support is always very fast and helpful. We recently changed themes which resulted in some small glitches (not Orbit's fault) but the team at Orbit (Jack, Paige and Kay) have always been super helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Highly recommended app with superb support.
