A-mazing, I was stunned with a smashing response from these guys. I asked if it was possible to modify my pop ups and text, and rather than send me to some help page, they actually offered to do it for me right away. As a result I have a better performing offers and pop ups, my team and customers are much happier with the whole set up. Fabulous, they are probably stuck with this customer for life now , thank you to the guys in app support, you put Amazon to shame!

I am thrilled to share my experience with this app! I spent a considerable amount of time trying out different applications, and this one undoubtedly stands out. It is incredibly user-friendly, and when I encountered a challenge, the support team was quick to assist, resolving the issue by the next morning! Additionally, they went above and beyond to ensure that my cart was updated, wrote scripts, and fixed compatibility issues with my theme, which required manual updates to work efficiently with this app. The customer service was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the app's performance. It has proven to be the perfect solution for my discounting requirements. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly, and efficient app!

The app is good , although it can be better . As an example , setting 2 promotion on a product is quite confusing , example setting discount like Buy 1 Free 1 & Buy 2 Free 3 , you can't set the discount with the same method or it will not work . The customer support is very helpful and fast. A big Thumb-Up for their Customer Support Kay that provide fast and helpful support.

Downloaded the App to try out the Discount feature. After 5 mins my free trial had ended and my Discount I created never worked. I tired to use the chat function to speak to someone but it was a robot that went around in circles. Paige did follow up eventually but I had already found a different App that met my requirements.

Our chat hours are 10am to 5pm EST, so if you contact us outside those hours you will get auto replies. While the app is not perfect, i do get a very good response from customer service who have been attentive in reply to me and addressing areas of concern. This way, you feel as you get the support required to continue trading. Thank you.

This app has helped us immensely in terms of extra revenue, by allowing us to bundle our products and apply discounts to the bundles. The support is always very fast and helpful. We recently changed themes which resulted in some small glitches (not Orbit's fault) but the team at Orbit (Jack, Paige and Kay) have always been super helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Highly recommended app with superb support.
