The app is good , although it can be better . As an example , setting 2 promotion on a product is quite confusing , example setting discount like Buy 1 Free 1 & Buy 2 Free 3 , you can't set the discount with the same method or it will not work . The customer support is very helpful and fast. A big Thumb-Up for their Customer Support Kay that provide fast and helpful support.

Downloaded the App to try out the Discount feature. After 5 mins my free trial had ended and my Discount I created never worked. I tired to use the chat function to speak to someone but it was a robot that went around in circles. Paige did follow up eventually but I had already found a different App that met my requirements.

Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable to assisted us to fix issues every single time. Very patience to help out for all details. This app is the most powerful to apply promotions. Finally we got Buy 3 For $175 style sale! Thank you! The best app ever!

While the app is not perfect, i do get a very good response from customer service who have been attentive in reply to me and addressing areas of concern. This way, you feel as you get the support required to continue trading. Thank you.

This app has helped us immensely in terms of extra revenue, by allowing us to bundle our products and apply discounts to the bundles. The support is always very fast and helpful. We recently changed themes which resulted in some small glitches (not Orbit's fault) but the team at Orbit (Jack, Paige and Kay) have always been super helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Highly recommended app with superb support.

Kay assisted me regarding my alignment issue and I must say he truly is a professional, and the way he handles the situation is really good. I really love how customer support is there to support small business owners in order to make things easier for us.

If I have any questions on the app for campaigns running, Alex is always responding within 1-2 minutes. Great team to work with and recommend the app as it offers many options.

This app does a great job, it's very easy to set up and the support is very reactive. They even did some custom jobs for our shop to make it work with our lazyload app. Recommend!

I used this app after Shopify's discounts weren't working the way they are supposed to. installed and had 1 tweak I needed fixed. Support helped me within 5 minutes of contacting them on chat.

awesome, the support are very helpful here, they fixed our problem with regards discount doesn't show up in the floating cart thanks.

While not perfect, this is one of the best apps for going over and beyond what Shopify natively allows. We are able to create multiple discounts, bundles and more. Support is also excellent.
