USO: Ultimate Special Offers

I used this app to do a buy X get Y and needed helping to figure out what I did wrong in my set up. Support was very helpful and easy to talk to about what I was having trouble with.

All and all a very solid app. Two things that would be helpful would be the ability to SEARCH for products within the range of offers that one sets up within the app. The second would be the ability to offer more than one discount option on a product. Three of one item, Six Assorted, etc

Support is fast response, almost one day can fix and find out the issues. Things will go well after their fix.

Been using this for two sites now. BEST discount app on the platform. First time using support tonight for a patched cart code update to allow discounts to show in cart. Helped in under 2 hours. Amazing team and app.

We've been using USO for about five years now, about four times per year, specifically for the "free gift with purchase" option. It works pretty well with our theme (we've even switched themes and it still works fine), and it makes it easy on us. I wish that the offer loaded faster on the cart page, as sometimes customers are impatient and click to the checkout too quickly before the free gift has been presented to them. Other than that, it's wonderful. Orbit support is also fast and helpful. Paige helped me within the hour of reporting an issue, and solved it for me immediately. Thanks, Paige!

I use this app to turn on & off sales that happen at various times during the year. Also for volume discounts on items that can be shipped together. Support is also very good. They now have chat within the app dashboard.

Easy to use platform with simple and noticeable promos. This app allows lots of different promos unlike other apps I found that just offer one promo per app purchase. Also I've received quick and friendly support from Jack.
